    Google panda 4 is work on the basis of duplicate content. The content of the site is duplicate it is copy from other website then Google panda take penalty of that website. Suppose i have a website keyword is seo company in delhi, I placed this keyword on google then lots of webpage is comping and i open one of the website and copy the content of this website and paste in my website. This is not good work. Google give penalty of that website.
