Yes,I don’t agree with the way that Google assigns the page rank to any website.I have seen many parked domain’s with page rank 2 or higher just because they have some incoming links.This is really bad because parked domain does not contain any information to the website visitor.So some good sites have nice content on their website and still having page rank Zero and a parked domain with contain no information to website visitor has page rank 2 or 3.This is really bad.I don’t know whether Google use any algorithm to assign page rank but if then it should be changed.Many People and SEO’s are crating link farms to get more page rank than the other site. So this should be stopped. People think having a better page rank will improve their Search Engine ranking but as per my knowledge page rank don’t serve any help in terms of Search Engine Ranking.
Google Can update their page rank method by doing this
By analyzing the size of the site(Total size of the site) So that parked domain does not shown in search engine result
By analyzing the site traffic(“Total number of unique visitors to the site”)
The usefulness of the site and the content on that site.
Many people think that have more incoming links to their site will improve their ranking in search engines and do unethical thinks to get page rank. They also exchange links with non-relative sites. Most people also thinks that submitting links to link directories will help them for ranking. But as per my knowledge link directories are also useless and have no useful information to the website visitor.So they must be banned. People prefer to search in google and other popular search engines rather than searching a link directory with contain 100o or may be less links. Having a nice content on website is good rather that having 1500 incoming links that never gets clicked for years in the Web Directory.So if you are planning to buy a link for $2 or even $500 so forget it and improve your site content and other factors as suggest in the previous post.
Having a good page rank does not affect your search engine ranking.Other wise all search engines result are sorted as per page rank but they are not.

Page Rank is depending upon your website is content and how many years old your website. If the page rank is high that means good. Always try to make backlink from high pr website. Here all of you give nice comment that is related to seo i read all of them. Good job.
